Screening

We are promised that we will take this stage to carefully review each candidate profile to match the minimum requirements such as education, certifications, work experience, skills and career progression. We will arrange the next step for the interview process with the shortlisted candidate who meets our requirements.

Interviewing and selecting

We would like to know more about you if you are a shortlisted candidate. Our Human Resources team will arrange the online interview with primary questions and technical questions. If you are successful, you will meet our CEO for the final round. The test assessment, background checks and contact references may be needed however we will inform you in advance.

Job offer and onboarding

Our Human Resources Team will send the offering letter that includes the start date, compensation and working hours to the successful candidate. If you accept the offer, we will offer you a comprehensive onboarding to welcome you as our new team member. You will learn about the company’s culture, how to prepare for work and enjoy working with us.
