About the internship

Become our Trainee and join the Internship Program with us.

The Internship Program: Free-of-charge program for a three-month-long internship in software development. You will get challenging and interesting tasks, study together with fellow trainees, and cooperate with the whole development team to work on internal projects. Our Tech Lead and Developer will guide you through the development process – you will have a chance to handle the projects with the developer team and tech talks with seasoned professionals. At the end of the program you will have the final interview, and if you pass it successfully, you get a job offer and opportunity to work on the clients’ projects.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Write clean code to develop functional web applications
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Perform UI tests to optimise performance
Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
Implement new features as well as fixing bugs and performance issues
Write and maintain unit tests

Qualifications

Experience in Backend development with the programming languages like PHP, Laravel Framework, SlimPHP, CakePHP MySQL and MariaDB.
Experience in Frontend development with the programming languages like HTML, HTML5, Java Scripts, AngularJS, VueJS and NodeJS.
Experience in Mobile development with Kotlin, Swift, Flutter and Java.
Experience in using version control systems, like Git and Jira
Knowledge of object-oriented principles and patterns

Screening

We are promised that we will take this stage to carefully review each candidate profile to match the minimum requirements such as current education, certifications and English communication skills. We will arrange the next step for the interview process with the shortlisted candidate who meets our requirements.

Interviewing and selecting

We would like to know more about you if you are a shortlisted candidate. Our Human Resources team will arrange the online interview with primary questions and technical questions. If you are successful, you will meet our Technical Team Leader for the final round. The test assessment, background checks may be needed however we will inform you in advance.

Internship offer and onboarding

Our Human Resources Team will send the offering letter that includes the start date, compensation and working hours to the successful candidate. If you accept the offer, we will offer you a comprehensive onboarding to welcome you as our new intern. You will learn about the company’s culture, how to prepare for work and enjoy working with us.

At the beginning, you will be assigned for our internal project. Then you will be assigned to a real project with your mentor. We will pick something you are best suited for based on your application, interview and interests.

What is the eligibility criteria?

You must be an undergraduate matriculated under a recognized university and available to commit at least 3 months for the internship.
